Residence on the Green

This existing 14-story tower overlooking the Green in downtown New Haven has undergone a series of interior modifications and renovations. FA has been continually involved with the design of new retail shops, new office tenant spaces, and new apartments for PMC Property Group. As an adaptive re-use project responding to changing economic and social parameters, office floors have been converted to multi-family housing. Existing office space on the second floor of the former Chapel Square Mall portion of the complex and 10 of the upper office floors have been converted into 106 new apartments with a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units on each floor.
