Vale CO-OP provides programs for student-athletes and adults to advance socially, emotionally, and physically using sports as a basic foundation for both education and maximizing potential. This new 25,416 s.f. multi-purpose indoor sports facility consists of three basketball courts, entry lobby, bathrooms, concessions, offices, and utility spaces on the main floor, along with potential tenant spaces. An extensive mezzanine serves as a viewing area for spectators. A mixed schedule of classes, training, and tournaments provides valuable opportunities for the community. 

The building was designed using a pre-engineered metal building system with structural steel and exterior metal wall and roof panel components. FA’s design team developed the layout, structural framing for the mezzanine and foundation system, and coordinated with the building system manufacturer for an integrated project.
