With the intent of upgrading the exterior envelope of this existing affordable senior housing complex, the scope of work included complete window, siding, and roofing replacement. The complex consists of 30 apartment buildings with 92 apartments, an administration building, and a garage building. FA was engaged by SHP Management for complete architectural services including, design, bid, and administration of the contract for construction. The construction work was divided into two phases. Ultimately, the new exterior envelope provides an energy efficient solution that will also extend the life of these buildings.

FA has worked with SHP Management on a series of renovation projects throughout CT, MA, and RI including modifications for administrative offices, accessible bathrooms and kitchens, structural rehab, elevator replacement, site improvements, along with numerous window and roofing replacement projects.
