Lantern Energy provides energy efficiency solutions for residential and commercial building projects. Their services include energy assessments, systems solutions, electrical contracting, installation, and maintenance services. This company was relocating to Glastonbury and FA was asked to design the renovations within an existing metal frame industrial building. Two tenant spaces were combined to accommodate 2,842 s.f. of offices and 6,077 s.f. of warehouse. The layout concept includes a dynamic geometric configuration with open workstations, expansive vistas, as well as private offices. Glazed walls complement the interior views, and new glazed exterior walls allow for natural light to bathe the offices.
