This townhouse apartment complex consists of two connected groups of townhouse units. In addition, there is an open wood-trussed garage structure for 20 car spaces. The overall design concept expresses a New England vernacular theme within a landscaped campus setting. The two-story form utilizes a stepped configuration in plan, creating a segmented stream of townhouse units.
