FA was engaged to develop the design for a new 226-unit apartment complex, consisting of 11 buildings and a clubhouse. The original existing four buildings were constructed in the late 1980s as a condominium project. As a decade had passed, the new buildings needed to be re-designed in order to reflect changes in market requirements, as well as to comply with present building and fire codes. The design incorporates a series of intersecting gable roof forms with end units composed of shifting multi-sized gables and multi-level decks.
